Aerobics - Excellent for burning calories, high
or low impact the choice is yours. The class is designed to give
you a cardio workout with the addition of a toning section for an
all over body workout.
Step - Using a step to achieve an aerobic workout
will challenge your mind as well as your body, with a toning section
to complete the class. Not for the faint hearted.
Cardio Conditioning - This class is a combination
of high and low aerobics with a combination of toning exercises.

Spin - Instructor led indoor cycling to music on
state of the art bikes. Suitable for all fitness levels as the Instructor
offers 3 levels in class (beginners, intermediate & advanced).
The ultimate cardio and calorie workout.
Spin & Abs - As above with the advantage of an
abs workout. The abs section is done at the end of the session (6.45pm)
& is available for all to join in.
