We have classes every day of the week

We offer over 10 different types of classes, so why not try them all?

  • All our classes are open to members & non-members alike.
  • Classes are available to non-members on a £4 per session basis (pre-booking advised).
  • Full gym members can take part in classes for free, as part of their membership (with the exception of Spin classes, which are £2 per session)
  • We also offer day-time classes, aimed at the over 50’s, but available to all.
