Lifestyle is Saddleworth's premier health and fitness centre and has been providing the area with a valuable service since 1994. The friendly staff and Instructors have more than 50 years industry experience between them and have helped countless members enhance their lives and reach individual goals.

The fitness centre is a proud member of the Fitness Industry Association who set a national minimum standard and strict code of practice. All the Instructors are on the Register of Exercise Professionals and must maintain regular developmental training to stay on it.
